Lash Appointment Policy

To ensure the best experience for every client, please review our booking policies before scheduling your appointment.

Booking Fee:A $25 non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your appointment. This fee goes toward your final service total.

Late Arrivals: We allow a 10-minute grace period. After 10 minutes, your appointment may be canceled or rescheduled.

No Guests: To maintain a calm and relaxing environment, no guests or children are allowed during appointments.

Clean Lashes Required: Please arrive without eye makeup, including mascara, eyeliner, or strip lash glue. This helps ensure proper lash retention and allows us to start your service on time.

Refill Policy: Refill appointments must be booked within 2–3 weeks of your previous appointment and must have at least 40–60% of lash extensions remaining to qualify for a refill.

Appointments outside this timeframe or with fewer lashes remaining will be considered a full set.

Cancellations & Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before your appointment. Late cancellations may require a new booking fee.

No-Show: Clients who do not show up for their appointment will forfeit their booking fee and must pay a new deposit to rebook.
